The Development Faction 

Dr. Dario Lujan is a dual credit college instructor at the early college level, lecturer, and consultant from El Paso, Texas whose topics focus on leadership, curriculum/ instruction, professional development, and strategic planning. Dr. Lujan holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree from Sul Ross State University in History. In addition, Dr. Lujan holds a Doctorate of Education with a specialization in organizational leadership from the University of Southern California.

Dr. Lujan wanted to create a consulting firm that sought to address the gaps in education, professional development, curriculum/ instruction, executive leadership, and strategic planning within schools and organizations. The Development Faction was born and Dr. Lujan wants to bring his specialized knowledge to the forefront. He wants to share with organizations or schools so they are not left behind due to global competition. Using data-driven best practices will equal the playing field for schools or organizations that want to level up in order to meet the moment.
